This policy explains the relationship between Paper Ink and its customers regarding file requirements, design services, content responsibility and quality standards. Please read it to help achieve the best printing results.

1. File requirements

Submitted files must meet these specifications:

File format PDF preferred; alternatively AI, PSD or high-resolution PNG.
Image resolution At least 300 DPI. Lower-resolution images may print blurry.
Colour mode CMYK. RGB files may produce different colours in print.
Fonts Convert all fonts to outlines to avoid font issues.
Bleed 3 mm on all edges, allowing full printing without white borders.
Size The actual intended print size at 1:1 scale.

2. Design service options

Ready-to-print design

Upload your file and it will be printed as supplied, without intervention from our team. You are responsible for checking its accuracy and compliance with the requirements above.

Design requiring adjustments

If you have a design that needs minor changes to text, size or colours, our design team will contact you within 48 working hours to make only the agreed changes.

A new design from scratch

If you do not have a design, we will create a custom design from the beginning. Our designers will contact you on WhatsApp within 48 working hours to understand your needs and preferences, then provide a proof for review.

3. Content responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for files submitted for printing, including:

  • Checking the accuracy of text, information and numbers before submission.
  • Holding the necessary legal rights to images, logos and creative content.
  • Avoiding infringement of intellectual property rights or protected trademarks.
  • Ensuring the content contains nothing unlawful or contrary to Saudi regulations.

Paper Ink reserves the right to reject orders containing material contrary to regulations or public morals, without an obligation to provide compensation.

4. Digital proof approval

  • A digital proof is sent to the customer before production for all custom printing orders.
  • Explicit approval by WhatsApp or email is required before printing begins.
  • After approval, the customer is responsible for errors overlooked in the proof.
  • Paper Ink reserves the right to refuse returns where printing matches the approved proof.

5. Expected turnaround times

Stickers and simple prints 2–4 business days
Books and paper prints 3–7 business days
Packaging boxes and bags 4–8 business days
Large quantities of more than 1,000 pieces 5–10 business days
Orders with a design service Add 48 hours for design

Unexpected breakdowns or public holidays may affect turnaround times. We will notify the customer promptly of any expected delay.

6. Print quality standards

  • We use standard CMYK colours for the closest possible match to the original file.
  • Slight differences between screen and printed colours are normal.
  • We use high-quality paper and inks for durability and vivid colour.
  • All orders undergo a quality check before packing and shipping.
