How do I place an order?

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most products have no minimum quantity: we accept orders from a single copy. The price per copy decreases as the quantity increases.

Can I combine different products in one order?

Yes. You can order stickers, books and paper prints together. Contact us to coordinate a combined order and receive a quotation.

Can I change my order after confirmation?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of confirmation. Once production or shipping has started, changes are not possible and a new order is required.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept Apple Pay, mada, online payment through the website and bank transfers. All payments use secure encrypted gateways.

Is payment secure?

Yes. We use approved encrypted payment gateways with high security standards. We do not retain your bank card details.

Do you deliver throughout Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We deliver to all regions of Saudi Arabia. International shipping is available for some products; contact us for details.

How long does delivery take?

Production and shipping take 3–8 business days, depending on the product, quantity and region. Express shipping options are available on request.

How can I track my order?

We send your shipment tracking number by WhatsApp or email when your order is dispatched. Contact us directly with any questions about your shipment.

Which file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, which is preferred for printing, as well as AI, PSD and PNG files at a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Colours must use CMYK.

What if I do not have a ready-made design?

We offer a complete design service. Contact us on WhatsApp and our designers will create a custom design for you within 48 working hours.

Will I see the design before printing?

Yes. We send a digital proof for review and approval before production. Printing starts only after your explicit approval.

What is the difference between the three design service options?

Ready-to-print design: your file is printed without intervention from our team. Design requiring adjustments: our team contacts you within 48 hours to make specific changes, such as size, text or colours. Complete design from scratch: we create a custom design in full coordination with you.

What is the difference between RGB and CMYK?

RGB is the colour system for digital screens. CMYK is used for printing. Convert your file to CMYK before submission to help printed colours match your design.

What is the expected production time?

The expected turnaround is 3–8 business days, depending on quantity and product. Add 48 hours for the design service if requested.

Can you produce ideas not listed on the website?

Yes. Share your idea on WhatsApp or by email, with an image or description of the product. We will assess feasibility and provide a quotation.
