Earring Display Cards: Choose the Size and Fixing Positions

Start with the jewellery itself before designing its display card. The distance between the fixing points and the length of a dangling earring determine how much space remains for your logo. This guide helps jewellery makers prepare a clear size plan and order brief, especially when a collection contains several shapes.
Choose for the way you display your jewellery
| Your situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| Stud earrings | Place both earrings on a full-size paper mock-up. Mark their spacing and leave room behind the card for the backs. |
| Drop earrings | Measure each piece from the fixing point to its lowest edge. Keep your brand name out of the area covered by the jewellery. |
| A mixed collection | Group pieces with similar dimensions first. Each product pack uses the same card size and design; do not assume you can split it across different designs. |
Verified product options
- Paper display cards customised with your logo and brand information.
- Custom sizes within the listed range of 4 × 4 to 5 × 6 cm.
- Packs of 50, 100, 200 or 500 cards, all in the same size and design.
Prepare the details
- Draw a card outline within the available size range, place the jewellery on it, and photograph the front and back.
- Mark the centre of each hole or slit on a separate layout and confirm the positions before production.
- Put the logo and contact details where the metal or chain will not hide them.
- Check the card against the bag or box you already use, then select a pack quantity.
- Keep the approved size and fixing layout for repeat orders.
A practical order brief
For drop earrings, send a photo of the jewellery on a full-size card mock-up. Include card width, height and the distance between fixing points. A reference photo alone does not communicate reliable dimensions.
Are the earrings included?
The product includes printed cards only. Jewellery shown in display images is not included.
Can I choose different hole positions?
Hole or slit positions are reviewed against your jewellery and artwork before production. Send a clear drawing or photograph instead of assuming a fixed position.
