Your satisfaction matters to Paper Ink. If your product arrives with a defect caused by an error on our part, we will work to resolve it quickly and with minimal inconvenience.

1. Accepted return and replacement cases

You may request a return or replacement for:

  • A printing defect: incorrect colours, distortion or missing content compared with the approved file.
  • Shipping damage: the product arrives damaged or torn during delivery.
  • An incorrect product: the item differs from the confirmed order.
  • A quantity shortage: fewer items than you paid for.
  • Incorrect specifications: printing in a size, paper or finish different from what was agreed.

2. Cases not eligible for return

  • Custom products printed according to the customer’s approved design without an execution error.
  • Problems caused by the submitted file, such as low resolution, RGB colours or embedded fonts.
  • Issues reported more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • A change of mind after explicit approval of the digital proof.

3. Return conditions

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos or video of the defective product and your order number.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Paper Ink covers return shipping when the error is entirely on our part.

4. How to request a return or replacement

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Send your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
  3. Our team will contact you within 24 working hours for verification and approval.
  4. Once approved, the return, replacement or refund process starts promptly.

5. Refunds

  • The full amount is refunded through the original payment method.
  • Refunds take 5–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • For replacements, Paper Ink covers all return and shipping costs.

6. Quality guarantee

Paper Ink guarantees the print quality of every order. If an issue is caused by an error in our production specifications, we will reprint the entire order at our expense, with no additional cost to the customer.
